Waiting time and parking

At the airport the driver normally has 45-60 min free waiting time after the scheduled flight landing time, depending on the city. After that time has passed we will call you and it’s up to you to decide if you wish to pay for extra minutes or if you would rather let the driver leave.
At other locations (like hotels, train stations and restaurants) the driver has 15 min free waiting time.

Meet & Greet service

At the airport the driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name written on it at the exit of the baggage claim area.
At the train station the driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the train platform.

Flight tracking

After you have provided us with your flight number we will monitor it and reschedule your pick-up time accordingly. You don’t have to worry about estimating the time when you get out, because the driver will have tracked the landing time of your plane and will be greeting you just as you get out of the baggage claim area.

How do I book?

You send us an email with all your details and we will send you back a confirmation email.
After you have confirmed the booking we will send you an invoice with a secure payment link.

What are my payment options?

Our payments options are the following:

  • PayPal: we will charge you 3.9% additionally to the total cost of the provided service if you are based in the USA and 3.4% if you are based in Europe
  • Credit Card: we will charge you 3% additionally to the total cost of the provided service
  • Bank wire transfer: you will be able to make a bank wire transfer at your own costs

Contact details

You will send us your contact details, so the driver can contact you at pick-up if anything should happen.
We will also send you the driver’s contact details generally one day before the scheduled pick-up time and you will also have our emergency number .
If you are using WhatsApp we can even chat there if you have any emergency questions.

Cancellation and refund policies

Refund terms for transfers by sedan or van or for disposals under 4 hours by sedan or van are:

Within 24 hours: 100% of the service requested
Beyond 24 hours: free of charge

Refund terms for vehicles at disposal of more than 5 hours, for long distance transfers of more than 100 km or for transfers by coach or minibus are:

Within 8 days: 100% of the service requested
Beyond 8 days: free of charge
